GOLDBERRY WARRANTY

 

At Goldberry, we take pride in creating high-quality jewellery designed for everyday wear. That's why all Goldberry jewellery is covered by a two (2) year warranty from the date of purchase.

 

What Our Warranty Covers

If a manufacturing fault is identified within the two-year warranty period, Goldberry will assess the piece and, if approved, provide a complimentary repair or replacement at our discretion.

 

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Lost jewellery or jewellery components
  • General wear and tear
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper care
  • Damage caused by alterations, modifications, or repairs carried out by a third party
  • Scratches, dents, or cosmetic changes resulting from normal use

How to Make a Warranty Claim

All warranty claims must be submitted through the original stockist where the jewellery was purchased.

To lodge a claim, the stockist must provide:

  • Proof of purchase showing the date of purchase
  • Details of the fault
  • Clear photographs of the item where requested

Goldberry reserves the right to inspect the jewellery before approving any warranty claim.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all postage and shipping costs associated with warranty claims, including sending the jewellery for assessment and return delivery where applicable.

Repairs Outside Warranty

Repairs requested after the two-year warranty period may still be possible; however, repair fees and associated shipping costs may apply.
