Manufacturing Warranty

We offer a warranty on all products against manufacturing defects for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. If you believe a product is defective due to a manufacturing fault, please contact us within the warranty period to arrange an assessment.

If the product is deemed faulty upon inspection, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or neglect.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Products altered or repaired by an unauthorised party.

Change of Mind

Please note, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for change-of-mind purchases.

How to Lodge a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us with your order details, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.

  2. Provide clear photographic evidence of the defect, if applicable.

  3. Ship the item back to us, if requested, for further inspection. Shipping costs for returns under warranty will be covered by us if the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.

Processing Time

We aim to process all warranty claims within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
